Who am I? An accountant (sorry!), a business manager, a business consultant, an entertaining technical presenter, an experienced company director, team builder, motivator and more.

My key skill is as a presenter where I have been presenting and educating for nearly 20 years. As a Chartered Accountant I started my training career delivering exam training and motivating finance students to pass their professional accountancy exams.

I became Managing Director of a training company franchise in 1993 and created a highly successful business and motivated team from scratch. After selling my interest I held various positions as MD of a number of training businesses within the BPP Group, the UK’s largest professional training organisation.

I also spent two years as Finance Director within a quoted UK plc.

During my management assignments I spent time creating new teams, reforming and refocusing teams, introducing new systems & methods, innovating and motivating my teams and others to be successful.

I am a presenter of technical material including Financial reporting, Strategy, Law and Financial Awareness. I also train people in the business skills I have acquired including client relationship building, Team Building & Leadership.

I undertake consulting assignments looking at internal process and people development. I am constantly learning and adapting the way I present and perform assignments. In recent years I have trained in Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) and use these insights in my training & consulting work.
