Then this course will meet your requirements.
Course length: 1 dayA change of culture may be needed to implement new strategies and policies within the organisation. The course looks at the following stages in implementing cultural change:
- Defining culture
- Values and behaviours
- Impact of culture on the organisation’s success
- Strategies to implement cultural change
Delegates will be asked to apply the ideas discussed to their own organisation and to look at how the ideas could be applied therein. Group discussions and exercises are also used to apply the ideas presented.
We will take feedback from each delegate to enable you to track the business benefits of training. The feedback forms include:
- The clarity, enthusiasm and ability of the Tutor
- If the course exceeded expectations
- Action plans and commitments to improve personal performance
- Relevance to the job
A report on feedback will then be submitted to you.
Training Materials
