Course length: 1 day

A change of culture may be needed to implement new strategies and policies within the organisation. The course looks at the following stages in implementing cultural change:
  • Defining culture
  • Values and behaviours
  • Impact of culture on the organisation’s success
  • Strategies to implement cultural change


Delegates will be asked to apply the ideas discussed to their own organisation and to look at how the ideas could be applied therein. Group discussions and exercises are also used to apply the ideas presented.
