After working in finance functions and qualifying as an accountant, I spent most of my commercial career managing business change, leading large multi-disciplinary teams, and initiating and running projects. I am PRINCE2 (the Project Manager qualification) accredited and have been presenting since 1998. My courses focus on practical examples of how to apply fundamental management and project theory to real business situations. I aim to make training fun, relevant and a challenge.
